Dear Customers – Old and New!

As this is a completely new platform (1-1-2022), you MAY need to re-register if you were an existing customer.

We have made this process as easy as possible, and you can use your old password, but you WILL need to set up a new account.

The new shop offers many improvements over the old one. It is much more modern and is linked directly to shipping.

Please also note that if you are ordering from Europe – you NO LONGER pay the 20% UK VAT. You MAY be charged import duty in YOUR country. By ordering, you are agreeing to pay any duty/charges in your country.

This means that you will pay approximately the same prices before Brexit in Europe. If you are outside of Europe – there is NO CHANGE to how we have operated for the last 14 years.

If you are a UK customer, there is also no change.
